We will verify your insurance benefits to determine
if the brace or orthotics prescribed by your physician
are covered under your insurance.
Some insurance companies cover durable medical equipment,
foot orthotics and orthopedic braces, but this is not
a guarantee that your insurance company does.
If the brace or orthotics are covered under your insurance,
you will have to pay your copay or coinsurance at the
time of service.
If the product is not a covered benefit with your
insurance, you can still purchase the product as part
of your physician’s recommended plan of care.
When purchasing custom foot orthotics or custom braces
without insurance coverage, full payment must be made
prior to the order.
